MENU :

Pita
Local Lebanese-style pita, white and whole wheat baked in the Allentown area.

Yogurt
Homemade yogurt served two ways, plain and as a garlic sauce.
Store-bought Greek-style yogurt with cucumber and green peppers.

Hummus
Chickpeas, garlic, lemon, olive oil, tahini, toasted sesame oil, parsley.

Baba Ghannouj
Eggplant, garlic, lemon, yogurt, olive oil, tahini.

Lentils with Eight Flavors
Brown lentils, caramelized onion and fennel, parsley, olive oil, some… other stuff.

Sweet Potato Salad with Olives and Lemon

Carrots with Capers
